crobatics is a very expressive type of physical activity. The ease of movement of acrobats fascinates and captivates. However, this beauty and apparent ease are actually years of training and a lot of work. Acrobatics is a kind of gymnastics that includes exercises of agility, flexibility, jumps, strength and balance. It is appropriate to start practicing acrobatics from the earliest childhood.

Skills gained during the classes cannot be maintained for long without regular training. If you learned to swim and ride a bike as a child, even after a 30-year break, you can swim and ride a bike. But acrobatics is different. Even a brief pause in the learning process significantly reduces the level of training. In our classes of Acrobatics, your child will learn to be flexible and strong.

This type of activity is essential to improve the coordination and the motor skills of the child, therefore, it is compulsory for children from 4 to 12 years of age and is included in the basic plan of the classes for the children.
